I have to give 5 stars because they have my favorite breakfast sandwich in town! Great costumer service and the guy who runs the place is great!

Had an Oreo Mocha Frappe and the first R&R of the day! The cook was super friendly, and said he could eat one of these everyday. Very large portion of fresh rice, eggs, and meat, at a super affordable price! 4th floor of the 5th Avenue Mall. Don’t miss it!

I decided to try this place at the 5th Avenue Mall. Great food at really reasonable prices and the owner is very friendly. I'll definitely come here again.

This gem is hidden up in the 5th Avenue Mall food court. It is the best value downtown, and the food is fantastic. The R&R is massive, my kid raved about the breakfast burrito, and may spam musubi with egg was very generous and tasty. I forgot to take pictures because we were busy scarfing food. Both kids asked me to add that the hot chocolate is excellent.

Just recently discovered this place, I keep coming back for the burgers, they are excellent and well priced. The owner is very friendly and kind. They have caffeinated drink options, smoothies, and many other things. Definitely check this place out.

Holy wow, I read the reviews and took a chance, drove halfway across Anchorage to go downtown for this experience... got the burrito and a Reindeer Sausage and will be back again soon. Chef is so kind and whips out a ton of delicious food in no time.

Such an amazing person!! I go to him for drinks and food almost eveyday for my lunch. Great prices and amazing service. This man works super hard everyday to make all the food with love and does almost everything by himself!

10/10 If I could give more stars on this review I would. Easily the best food i’ve had in Anchorage. If you’re visiting this is a great relief from the typical tourist trap overpriced restaurants downtown. I’m a pilot which means two things: I travel constantly and I like to eat alot of good food. I will come visit Joy at least once if not more every time I am in Anchorage. Joy is an incredible chef, I haven’t had anything I haven’t loved on the menu. Personal favorite is the steak burrito or the Reindeer sausage. The burritos are enormous (bigger than a 16.9oz water bottle). Not only do I love the food but I’ve gotten to know Joy over the last couple months, and I could think of nothing better than eating amazing food while supporting a local small business entrepreneur.

Absolutely amazing spicy breakfast burrito. This place is a hidden gem in the mall. Owner is super friendly and kind. You can really tell they care about the food they craft. 100/10
